Some consultations are complimentary and while certain consultations incur a fee, some will be completely redeemable if you choose to have the treatment. Please ask at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation policy
For hair transplant patients, a booking fees usually equivalent to 25% of the agreed cost is charged. Once a date has been agreed with the patient, the technicians are booked and the date is blocked off in order to not book any other procedures on the day. Only then the client is asked to pay the booking fees and this amount is non-refundable if the procedure is cancelled or postponed.
Non-hair transplant patients who fail to attend or give less than 48 hours notice, will forfeit their right to any deposit or payment made towards the treatment or consultation.
Any appointments for consultations, which are not attended or cancelled/re-scheduled with less than 48 hours notice, will incur a facilities charge of £150.
Any appointments for treatments or procedures, which are not attended or cancelled/re-scheduled with less than 48 hours notice, might be charged in full.
Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell and please inform us of the same as soon as practically possible . If you are unsure, please call and discuss with us.
3. Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on any treatments or any product purchases.
For hair transplant patients, a booking fees is taken which is usually equivalent of 25% of the total agreed cost of the procedure. Once a date for the procedure has been mutually agreed with the patient, hair transplant technicians are booked and this date is then blocked out exclusively for the procedure, no other treatments are booked on this day. Only after all this, do we charge the booking fees which is non-refundable. In some cases, we may be able to postpone the date of the procedure, depending on availability of dates.
Please bear in mind that the price is for the treatments and not for the results. Due to the nature of the treatments we offer, although they are scientifically proven, we do not guarantee results.
Any courses of treatments must be paid in full before the start of treatment and should be redeemed within 12 months. Treatment courses may be delayed or extended if there is a valid medical reason for the same and a proof of the same needs to be presented to the clinic before the end of 12 months.
Any part of a package or course of a treatment that has already been commenced, cannot be refunded.
We do not offer refunds on any special offers which have fallen out of the offer period.
For any discounted treatments, clients will be advised regarding the time frame within which the treatment must be completed which again may be 12 months or shorter, depending on the treatment.
4. Child Policy
We ask that our clients not to bring children to the clinic unless they have an accompanying adult who can supervise the children in the waiting area. Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment room.
We do not offer treatments to anyone under the age of 18. For treatments like Warts, Verruca or Hyperhidrosis etc, which in some cases might not be considered as aesthetic treatments, client cases are considered on an individual basis whether or not to treat.
